God is God and man is man. God’s authority reigns through man today, and we should not resist His work in us.
I am really glad to have attended the college training this year, for it exposed me on certain aspects of my life I have never really thought about.
Looking back before I was saved, my best friends were the only support in my life. Having gone through a difficult transition of teenage depression, my friends were there for me.
However, as time went on, they slowly drifted away and told me to do whatever I wanted to do. I was absolutely crushed because the only people who I trusted now insisted that I should give up.
I really appreciate that God’s love is eternal and constraining. He has always been there for me, whether I knew it at the time or not. He doesn’t care about my history and background.
Ever since this incident I have never questioned His actions on why He saved me, because I just believe that He is. He is everything that I need, and I am just His creation.
I just pray that Christ would truly be manifested in the flesh, that we walk with Him and in Him. Lord, keep refreshing our vision of You day by day. We love You. Thank You!
